comfortable stay , but needs better service
The bed in the Deluxe Room with Outdoor Spa was excellent, providing unparalleled comfort during my stay. The hot tub offered a relaxing view of the Tamar River, which made winding down after a day quite enjoyable. Dining at the pub was a pleasant experience, with quick service and a good range of meals to choose from. Additionally, I thoroughly appreciated the beautiful river view, which added a special touch to my visit.

Stunning views across the Tamar River, convenient proximity to a bakery, historical charm of the hotel
The spa had rust marks and a ripped shade, which ruined any sense of privacy!!! Frequent power outages disrupted our stay and even delayed dinner billing!!! Housekeeping could really up their game, too!!!

The King Room with Balcony was super comfy! The bed felt great, and the river view from the balcony was so relaxing. It was also modern and clean, which was a big plus. I loved having that space to unwind after a long day. Only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so sounds carried a little too much for my liking.

Absolutely loved the clean and comfy room with a stunning view! The dining options were a highlight, especially the bakery with killer scallop pies. And the friendly staff? Just icing on the cake!
However, wish the breakfast options were more plentiful and the coffee situation was a bit lacking. The thin walls didn’t do any favors for a chill night.
